We ship to all 50 states. And select locations in Canada and abroad! Email us with specific requests!
We do not offer returns or refunds on products but please reach out via email if you are in need of assistance! If you have received a broken item that was broken in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving it with a photo of the item, include your order number in the subject line, so that we can replace it for you!
We do our very best to secure our plants beautifully, but transit can be turbulent (especially during these times and colder seasons!) If you have received a damaged plant, please take a photo within 2 days of receiving it and email the details along with your order number to email@example.com. We are here for you!
Plants are living and breathing, so they need your nurture. Please be sure to follow plant care instructions (included) so that your plant can thrive! We do not replace plants due to poor care, so please reach out to us with any questions so we can support you and your new plant!
