We do our very best to secure our plants beautifully, but transit can be turbulent (especially during these times!) If you have received a damaged plant, please take a photo within 2 days of receiving it and email the details along with your order number to shop@theniceplant.com. We are here for you!

Plants are living and breathing, so they need your nurture. Please be sure to follow plant care instructions (included) so that your plant can thrive!
