Once shipped, orders arrive within 1-3 business days. (The only exception here are unavoidable courier delays due to inclement weather or other conditions) Orders are processed Monday-Friday.
When you are ready to use your lip balm, gently push up (do not twist) from the very bottom of the tube and you are on your way to smoother, nourished lips!
If this unfortunate mishap happens, then we will be happy to deliver a replacement plant! Just send over a picture of the damaged plant to shop@theniceplant.com with your name and order #.
You may order multiple boxes in one order! If you need to deliver them to separate locations, please order them separately.
